We are unable to receive medication back after it has been dispatched due to federal and local rules. We won't send you your prescriptions again unless they are defective, ruined in transit, or have expired. Please contact info.uniconshipping@gmail.com within three days of receiving your order if there are any issues. We will thoroughly review your claim and take the necessary action right away to prevent future occurrences of the same issues.
It is your responsibility to notify us within three days if the merchandise you received is damaged during shipping. Our assessment department will be contacted and will request photos that demonstrate the full amount of the damage. We will reship the amount of damaged items after the damage has been examined. In this instance, the buyer will be responsible for paying the delivery costs.
Instead of issuing a refund if the product you ordered is out of stock, we will send the best substitute that is equally potent but comes from a different brand and is labelled differently.
Please get in touch with us directly rather than your credit card company if you believe you are eligible for a refund. If you file a claim with your credit card company first, we are unable to provide a refund.
Refunds from uniconshipping will only be given for complaints that are submitted within 45 days of the shipment date.
